Remedial Massage
Remedial massage can increase blood flow, increase joint mobility, and aid in tissue repair. In order to restore the bones to their proper positions, enhance blood flow, and aid in the healing of injuries, the therapist will work to balance the length, tone, and tension of the muscles and tendons.

Sports Massage
Sports massage has been shown to enhance circulation, encourage the elimination of waste products like lactic acid during high intensity activity, and release and reduce muscle tension. It can also assist the body to relax. All of this reduces the possibility of muscle injury and promotes recovery.

Deep Tissue Massage
Realigning the deeper layers of connective and muscle tissue is the main focus of deep tissue massage. Through gentle strokes and deep finger pressure on the tight areas, either following or going over the fibres of the muscles, tendons, and fascia, it aims to relieve the chronic patterns of tension in the body.

Cupping Therapy
Since ancient times, cupping therapy has been used as a natural method for improving health. It's one of the most traditional medical practises in history, and it still works well today.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Lymphatic drainage massage, also known as manual lymphatic drainage, reduces swelling caused by medical treatment or sickness that obstructs the lymphatic system. Lymphatic drainage massage is gently manipulating specific areas of your body to assist lymph in moving to an area with functioning lymph vessels.

Myofascial Release
Myofascial release involves applying steady pressure to certain fascial (the connective tissue that surrounds your muscles and bones) areas. This pressure is intended to loosen the tightness in the connective tissue, allowing you to move more freely and with less pain.

Brisbane

Brisbane City is the central suburb and central business district of Brisbane, the state capital of Queensland, Australia.  It is colloquially referred to as the "Brisbane CBD" or "the city". It is located on a point on the northern bank of the Brisbane River.
The Brisbane central business district is an area of densely concentrated skyscrapers and other buildings, interspersed by several parks such as Roma Street Parklands, City Botanic Gardens and Wickham Park.

The motto of the City of Brisbane is Meliora sequimur, Latin for We aim for better things. The council's corporate slogan is Dedicated to a better Brisbane.
The City derives from cities, towns and shires that merged in 1925. The main offices and central library of the council are at 266 George Street, also known as Brisbane Square. Brisbane City Hall houses the Council Chamber, the offices of the Lord Mayor and Deputy Mayor, meeting and reception rooms and the Museum of Brisbane.
