Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy – Brisbane Massage Therapy
 

Prior to scheduling an appointment, we kindly ask you to review our policy regarding cancellations and late arrivals.
 

Appointment Reminders:

You will receive reminders of your appointments by email, SMS or both when you book an appointment.

 
Cancellation Policy:

To ensure a smooth process and avoid cancellation fees, please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If you find it necessary to cancel within 6 hours of your scheduled appointment, we regret that we will not be able to offer your time slot to individuals on our waitlist. In such cases, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the appointment cost will be applied.

Your cooperation and understanding in adhering to these guidelines are greatly appreciated.

Please remember that exceptions can be made for unexpected circumstances or emergencies if you contact us directly.

 

No Show Fees:

A patient failing to show up for their appointment without any communication will be categorised as a 'NO SHOW' and will be responsible for the complete consultation cost.

Should a cancellation fee be applicable, you will be charged accordingly. If we can fill the appointment slot that you have cancelled or rescheduled, no fee will be charged. Alternatively, you have the option to send a friend in your place to avoid incurring these charges.

 

Late Arrival Policy:

In the event of your late arrival, please be aware that the full duration of your appointment may not be attainable. Despite this, the full payment for the appointment will still be required.

It is important to emphasise that any Cancellation and 'NO SHOW' Fees remain the sole responsibility of the patient and must be settled in their entirety.

How do I cancel my booking?

Should you wish to cancel your booking, you may do so from the confirmation booking email or SMS you have received but before you proceed with the cancellation, you might incur a fee subject to Cancellation Policy.
